in that District on the South side of the Peninsula of Kowloon
called or known as lunghom where it owns large and spacious Docks and lip Ways Foundries and Workshops capable of effect-
ing repairs to the largest Battle Cruiser or merchant vessel
tuat enters the Port of Hong Kong and of building vessels of
any size or tonnage and for any trade or purpose that may be
required. Your Petitioner was also carried out important work
for the Canton and Kowloon Railway Company belonging to the
local Government.
4. THAT the land so purchased and acquired by your Petitioner
is held on Lease from the Crown for terms of 75 years 99 years
and 999 years respectively and consists of the following :-
HUNG HOL IN AND LOTS NOS.13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20,
21, 22, 23, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70 and 71
held on Leuse for a term of 75 years from the 8th July
5,
1884.
HUNG LO INLAND LOT 10.24 held on Lease for a term of 75
years from the 9t October 1899.
HUNG HOM MARINE LOT NO.1 held on Lease for a term of 999
years from the 21st March 1667,
HUNG BÜK KARINE LOT NO.3 held under Conditions of Sale
providing for wie grant of a crowi Lease for the term of
99 years from the 24th December 1906 with a right of
renewal for a further term of 99 years from the expiry of
the said term of 99 years.
KOWLOON MARINE LOT NO.27 held on Lease for a term of 999
years from the 16th November 1864.
A consequent upon the necessary re-adjustment of
boundaries of the various Lots which has taken place with
approval of the Director of Public Works for the Colony of
hong kong it has been considered desiraule that your Petitioner
anould surrender to the Crown all the Leases of the properties
